A third-generation Realtor, JD Adamson grew up around the aura of real estate. At 16 years old he successfully negotiated the sale of his family’s Dallas, Texas home after only seven days on the market for above the asking price. From that moment, JD was hooked and knew that real estate would be his career.
As his career has taken off, JD is still as hooked on real estate as he was at 16. Effectively marketing a listing is a top priority for JD and his team. They invest their personal time and money to ensure their clients’ properties stand out against the competition. In doing so, they utilize expert real estate photography and the most current online marketing strategies, including social media. Additionally, JD’s natural networking abilities position him well to form strategic partnerships across the real estate industry.
JD’s professional accomplishments began early in his career when he was brought on to oversee sales for Houston luxury high-rise, Highland Tower. In 2014, he listed his first international multi-million dollar property in Central America, and in 2017 and 2018, JD was recognized as a top producer in total listing volume, total sales volume and overall production volume.
Believing it is essential to have a vested interest in market areas where they specialize, JD and his spouse, Tony Gibson, who also work closely together, reside in Houston’s Inner Loop.
Originally from the Lone Star State, JD earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on business marketing, advertising and real estate law from Mississippi State University. Following his 2009 graduation, JD made his way to Houston, where he quickly joined the ranks of Texas’s top residential realtors. A licensed Realtor, JD also maintains memberships with the Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
Although his work keeps him busy, JD also prioritizes his time to give back to the community and support causes that are close to his heart through volunteering. He has worked with many charitable organizations, including the Children's Assessment Center, Habitat for Humanity and the Nick Finnegan Foundation.
